We cannot offer returns on items where you have chosen a specific diamond or any bespoke items.

We can engrave almost all rings available on our website although there are a few designs that cannot be engraved.

Please keep the following in mind:

1. There is a character limit on most rings.
2. Engraving will add 2-3 working days on the delivery date.
3. It is not possible to return an engraved ring to us, even if it is within the 30 day period.
4. It is not possible to resize a ring after engraving (this will affect the engraving and it may not look the same after should you still decide to do it).

If you wish to engrave your ring we strongly advise that you take the correct measurements using our ring size guide.

We offer a 14 day free jewellery insurance with every purchase however this does require you to make an application.

All items up to the value of £15,000/- can be insured.
